About
Melissa began her career at an early age spending her youth in the salon, assisting both her mom & dad. Upon relocating to sunny San Diego from a small pennsylvania town, she graduated from cosmetology school in 2003. She spent the next 15 months under Rhys, former creative director of Vidal Sassoon, honing her craft and specializing in precision hair cutting. She continued behind the chair for the next 10 years. She is trained in various techniques, such as razor cutting with Bumble & Bumble, hair extensions , Japanese hair straightening and formal styling. Melissa currently teaches cosmetology students, and continues her work behind the chair. She enjoys teaching , learning new skills and hiking. She lives in southern san diego with her husband and 2 cats, Mustard & Mayonnaise .

Salon Policies REDO At MelissaRoche Hair, we strive to create the ideal look for each guest. Should We not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of your service, and we will do our best to correct the issue. Should the work be altered by someone other than the original stylist, our redo policy no longer applies. We must be able to assess the work, to honor any redo. Refunds are not salon policy. Hair Products Not eligible for return/refunds. 48 hour Cancellation for All Extension Services.
